Yes it was. I had a(nother) depressive episode, from August to November. I heard some nonsense on the the TV the other day saying this could be a good thing for some people. Well I can tell you it could not. Alister Campbell was speaking some sense about it though. (which is a change). I'm better now thanks to Dr. Ugs. I am however, proud never to have have lost a days work to this crap condition, and hoping that I can steer clear of any more black dog days. So whatever 2009 brings it can't be any worse (for me) than the living hell that is the "Big D". BTW keep this quiet, so anyone you tell, tell them in confidence.
